Three things clients ask before the first visit
A clear photo of the failing label, the surface it is applied to and the scanner model that struggles with it is enough to begin. If you know the media or film part numbers, include them. If you do not, describe the label in plain words and we will ask only for what matters.

A single station audit is usually a short session once we see the stock and the printer. A multi station program takes longer because each distinct surface needs its own first article and its own read tests. We give you a clear estimate after the first conversation, before any work starts.
